Refund Policy

 Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least (14) days from the receipt of your purchase date to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed and if it has been over 15 days and you have not received your refund after your return was accepted, please email us at help@tiktokpetshop.com with your order # and refund request.

 

Refund Exceptions:

Refunds will still be granted based upon the scenarios below:

 

  • Canceling an order:
  • If you are returning an item simply because you want to cancel your order.
  • Damaged on arrival:
  • If your order arrived damaged
  • Faulty manufacturing or broken after use:
  • If your product arrived faulty from the manufacturers or broke within 30 days after use
  • Changed your mind:
  • If you ordered an item and changed your mind within 30 days of your initial order
  • Want to exchange an item:
  • If you ordered an item and now wish to exchange it, you have 30 days to do so. (The item you are requesting to exchange it for must be within equal or lesser USD value)
  • Wrong product:
  • If you ordered the wrong product by accident, you have 30 days to request a return.
