Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us fora full refund our store credit. Our return policy is as described as below.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within days of the delivery date.

All returned items must include your proof of purchase as well.

 

We are also willing to grant and accept returns If you are returning an item because of one of the following scenarios:

  • Canceling an order:
  • If you are returning an item simply because you want to cancel your order.
  • Damaged on arrival:
  • If your order arrived damaged
  • Faulty manufacturing or broken after use:
  • If your product arrived faulty from the manufacturers or broke within 30 days after use
  • Changed your mind:
  • If you ordered an item and changed your mind within 30 days of your initial order
  • Want to exchange an item:
  • If you ordered an item and now wish to exchange it, you have 30 days to do so. (The item you are requesting to exchange it for must be within equal or lesser USD value)
  • Wrong product:
  • If you ordered the wrong product by accident, you have 30 days to request a return.
